Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury retail recruitment or high-volume retail environments.
• Strategic sourcing and employer branding.

• Knowledge of UK, Ireland, and South Africa retail markets is a plus.
• Ability to design assessment strategies for luxury roles.

• Strategic sourcing and candidate engagement with senior retail talent.
• Develop assessment center strategies tailored for luxury retail roles.
• Champion Louis Vuitton's employer brand across markets and channels.
• Forge school, college and university partnerships to build early talent pipelines.
• Build and maintain comprehensive candidate pipelines with 100% readiness for vacancies.
• Design onboarding programs to ensure a smooth cultural integration.
• Provide market intelligence on retail talent trends and competitor activity.
