Frasers Group, operating Flannels Meadowhall flagship, is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead a team of Sales Advisors and drive store performance. You will report to the Store Manager and oversee stock control, training, and customer service excellence in a luxury fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Premium/luxury fashion retail experience preferred.
• Experience supervising or managing teams in a fast-paced store.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Sales Advisors to achieve store KPIs.
• Drive commercial performance and identify opportunities from current trends.
• Coordinate stock, merchandising, and loss prevention practices.
• Deliver training sessions to upskill staff and enhance product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Store Management to meet targets and deadlines.
