Job summary

FLANNELS, part of Frasers Group, seeks an Assistant Store Manager for the Sheffield Flagship in Meadowhall on a maternity cover basis. You will report to the Store Manager, oversee a team of Retail Managers and Sales Advisors, and drive commercial success in a luxury fashion environment.

The role demands leadership, strong customer service, and the ability to manage stock and store operations in a fast-paced setting. Previous luxury retail management experience is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years in premium or luxury fashion retail management
Proven leadership, with experience guiding large teams
Strong customer service focus and network in the luxury sector
Track record of driving sales, budgets and stock control

Responsibilities

Drive store performance through commercial KPIs and market trends
Lead and develop a large store team with coaching and support
Oversee stock management, budgeting and inventory controls
Implement training to enhance product knowledge and service standards
Maintain store operations and visual standards across the brand
