Job summary

FLANNELS in Leeds is seeking a passionate Beauty Supervisor to lead the store's beauty department, coach the team, and partner with third-party brand partners to drive commercial success. You will report to the Store Manager and help deliver exceptional in-store experiences for premium customers.

The role requires experience in luxury fashion/beauty retail, strong people leadership, and a track record of achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or management-related role
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in a beauty-related role, either within a single brand or a multi-brand beauty retailer
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support teams in delivering high standards
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving performance
• Good product knowledge across fashion and beauty, including brands, trends, and materials
• Solid understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, stock control, and loss prevention
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all areas of the business

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial success of the beauty department
• Lead and inspire the beauty team, providing coaching and support
• Work with Store Management to meet targets and deadlines
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Act as key contact for third-party beauty brands and drive account success
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation
• Monitor and optimise department KPIs and stock/operational controls
