FLANNELS in Sheffield is seeking a Floor Manager for its flagship store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead a team of Retail Managers and Sales Advisors to drive commercial success and growth while maintaining exceptional customer experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, develop team development plans, manage budgets and stock, and ensure adherence to brand standards in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in premium or luxury fashion retail management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the store team of Retail Managers and Sales Advisors.
• Drive store performance and key KPIs through commercial planning.
• Oversee stock movement, audits, and compliance with company policies.
