Job summary

FLANNELS is seeking a Supervisor for our Merry Hill store, overseeing a Sales Advisor team and driving commercial success. You will partner with store management to manage stock, train staff, and deliver exceptional customer service across premium lines from Gucci to Moncler.

Reporting to Store Management, you will lead with energy, coach the team, and ensure high standards of presentation, loss prevention, and customer satisfaction while hitting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or management-related role.
• Proven ability to support, motivate, and guide team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
• Good product knowledge, including brands, fashion trends, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire store team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Drive KPIs and achieve store targets alongside store management.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
