Job summary

FLANNELS is seeking a motivated Retail Supervisor for our Romford store. You will oversee a team of Sales Advisors, drive commercial performance, manage training, and collaborate with head office to optimise stock packages.

Reporting to Store Management, you will lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role requires at least 1 year in premium or luxury fashion retail, a track record of meeting sales targets, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or management-related role.
• Proven ability to support, motivate, and guide team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Drive the store's commercial performance and achieve departmental goals.
• Lead and develop the store team with coaching and feedback.
• Analyse KPIs and data to inform strategic decisions and drive growth.
• Monitor stock, budgets, and wage controls to meet targets.
• Collaborate closely with Store Management and head office on plans.
