Job summary

FLANNELS in Milton Keynes is seeking a Supervisory leader to oversee a team of Sales Advisors, supporting store performance and customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive commercial plans, manage stock, and deliver training to boost product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or management-related role
• Proven ability to support, motivate, and guide team members in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results
• Good product knowledge, including brands, fashion trends, and materials
• Understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, stock control, and loss prevention
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance and commercial success as part of the leadership team.
• Identify opportunities to enhance performance in line with current trends and strategic plans.
• Support the store leadership team in implementing plans to achieve departmental goals and KPIs.
• Analyse data and KPIs to inform commercial decisions and drive results.
• Lead and inspire the store team with coaching and guidance, building strong relationships.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality and adherence to policies.
• Monitor wage controls, stock movement, store audits and visual standards.
