FLANNELS is seeking a resilient Store Manager for our St Helens store to lead a premium retail team and drive commercial success. You will oversee daily operations, manage stock and budgets, and collaborate with head office to deliver outstanding customer service and top-tier brand experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in premium or luxury fashion retail management.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop large teams.
• Strong background in customer service, with an established client network and understanding of local clientele.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales, achieving targets, and managing budgets and stock levels.
• Excellent product knowledge, including brands, fashion trends, and materials.
• Solid understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, stock control, and loss prevention.

Responsabilités

• Lead the store to achieve commercial KPIs and drive performance.
• Coach, motivate and develop store team; work with Area Manager on feedback and targets.
• Develop and implement plans to maximise sales and stock opportunities.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and policy adherence.
• Monitor wage controls, stock movements, audits, and visual standards to company guidelines.
