Job summary

PVH Corp. operates TOMMY HILFIGER stores, seeking an experienced supervisor to lead daily store operations in the Gretna area. You will mentor staff, manage merchandising and processes, and drive sales while maintaining premium customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or specialist role in a premium or luxury brand.
• People management experience with conflict resolution.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Team player with initiative and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve the highest levels of customer service, sales and profit.
• Support the management team in personnel, product and merchandising functions, business processes and results for the store.
• Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings.
• Communication of marketing and sales promotions to staff.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team to deliver an exemplary store journey.
• Foster a positive store experience by fair and consistent treatment of customers and colleagues.
• Support the team in delivering the business strategy and ensure training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
• Achieve company standards for personal sales results: sales vs budgets, sales per hour and units per transaction.
• Perform manager-on-duty functions and manage store opening/closing and floor operations.
• Build a talent pool for key positions and potential successors.
