Job summary

Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a Store Supervisor for our busy premium fashion environment in the UK. You will lead by example, drive sales, manage a team, and ensure exceptional customer service aligned with our Tommy Hilfiger and CALVIN KLEIN brands.

As a trusted leader on the shop floor, you will inspire your team, deliver consistent training, and ensure store standards meet PVH's high expectations. Experience in luxury retail and strong people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand.
• Proven ability to manage people and resolve conflicts.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building.
• Team player with ability to recognise contributions and give constructive feedback.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adapting to change.
• Energetic, authentic, with a presence on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor, delivering superior service, sales and profit.
• Support management in personnel, product & merchandising functions and store results.
• Participate in weekly and staff meetings and communicate promotions clearly.
• Drive shop floor sales and motivate the team to meet targets while delivering an exemplary store journey.
• Maintain a fair and consistent approach to customers and staff, ensuring training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
