Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/leadership experience in premium or luxury retail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient shop floor operations to maximise service, sales and profit.
• Support management with personnel, product and merchandising functions and store results.
• Attend weekly management meetings and other staff meetings.
• Clearly communicate marketing and sales promotions to staff.
• Drive shop floor sales by motivating the team to meet targets and deliver a superior store journey.
• Foster a positive store experience and fair treatment of customers and colleagues.
• Lead training on product knowledge and store maintenance to the team.
• Meet personal sales targets: budgets, sales per hour and unit per transaction.
• Perform manager-on-duty duties and manage store opening/closing and floor operations.
• Emphasise strong relationships with internal and external customers.
