Job summary

PVH Corp. is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead our Tommy Hilfiger and CALVIN KLEIN locations, ensuring exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets. You will manage daily operations, coach the team, and uphold brand standards in a premium retail environment.

You will work with management to execute merchandising directives, maintain a high-energy store culture, and drive a consistent customer experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory/managerial experience in premium or luxury brands.
• Strong people-management and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; relationship-building.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver in fast-paced environments.
• Adaptable to change and able to work at pace.
• Energetic, authentic presence on the shop floor.
• Proactive in giving constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve highest levels of customer service, sales and profit.
• Support management by handling personnel, product & merchandising, processes and results.
• Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings.
• Clearly communicate marketing and promotions to staff.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed targets by motivating the team.
• Foster a positive store experience, treating customers and staff fairly.
• Support training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
• Achieve sales targets: budgets, sales per hour, units per transaction.
• Perform manager-on-duty duties and store opening/closing tasks.
• Focus on building relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ensure best practices of merchandising on floor and back room.
• Collaborate with management to develop key positions and successors.
