Job summary

• Participate in weekly and staff meetings to align on goals and promotions.
• Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly across the team.
• Drive store sales and achieve targets by motivating staff and delivering great customer journeys.
• Maintain a consistent, positive store experience and fair treatment of customers and colleagues.
