Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in London to welcome clients, maintain the sales floor, and support stock flow from receipt to POS. You will operate POS, assist with merchandising, and provide friendly service while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Act as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels and execute merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
