Job summary

FLANNELS in Sheffield flagship is seeking a Floor Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive the store’s success on a fixed-term contract ending 8 November 2027. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee Retail Managers and Sales Advisors, delivering exceptional customer experiences and commercial results.

You will manage daily operations, monitor KPIs, develop staff, control stock, and implement visual standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in premium or luxury fashion retail management.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Strong customer service background with a local client network.
• Excellent product knowledge and understanding of retail operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
