Job summary

Kith London Limited on Regent Street is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to act as the concierge throughout the in-store experience. You will greet customers, assist at the registers, and support the operations and visuals teams to deliver best-in-class service at all times.

Under the Manager on duty, you’ll adapt to changing needs, maintain brand standards, help with stock replenishment, and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy shopping environment for every guest.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in retail sales.
• 1+ year experience in customer service.
• 1+ year experience in apparel, footwear, or luxury goods.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and provide best-in-class customer service to all customers.
• Support the Client Advisors to ensure genuine and efficient service.
• Handle cashier responsibilities including cash handling, returns and Mobile POS.
• Provide friendly, professional service at the registers.
• Maintain stock replenishment and visual standards on the sales floor.
• Communicate with Management on projects and tasks.
• Assist in housekeeping and operational tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with Management and Visual teams to keep the store visually appealing.
