Job summary

Kith London on Regent Street seeks a Customer Experience Associate to greet customers, operate the cash register, and support operations and visuals teams. You'll be a welcoming, efficient team player focused on best-in-class service.

Under the manager on duty, you’ll handle checkout tasks, returns, and Mobile POS; assist with stockroom organization and shelf presentation; and help ensure the store’s visual standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or client service preferred.
• Ability to greet customers and provide best-in-class service.
• Cash handling and POS experience desired.
• Stockroom organization and visual standards knowledge helpful.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and provide best-in-class customer service.
• Support Client Advisors to ensure genuine and efficient service.
• Handle cashier duties including cash handling, returns, and Mobile POS.
