Job summary

Maison Francis Kurkdjian in London is seeking a dynamic Visual Merchandising and Store Design professional to lead store design initiatives across the UK & EIRE, aligning with global brand guidelines and delivering premium retail experiences.

You will work with the Head of Marketing and HQ to manage budgets, planograms, counter updates, and collaborations with retailers and agencies, traveling as needed to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and store openings.

Qualifications

• Experience in Visual Merchandising or Store Design roles is required.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple teams.
• Ability to forecast budgets and manage CAPEX items.

Responsibilities

• Guard the Maison brand and ensure flawless execution of store design across projects.
• Lead the Store Design strategy with cross-functional teams to meet brand and commercial targets.
• Forecast budgets for new counter projects and manage timelines and approvals.
• Coordinate with HQ, retailers, and agencies to deliver consistent high-level executions.
• Lead campaign rollouts including planograms, updates, and POS assets.
