Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Visual Merchandising & Retail Event Coordinator in London to lead VM and boutique event projects across the UK network. You will ensure luxury standards align with global guidelines, coordinate local VM orchestration, and manage events with internal and external partners.

You will drive window planning, display refreshes, wholesale support, and post-event analysis, while promoting sustainability and best-practice governance across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising, retail environments, event coordination or design, ideally luxury retail
• Ability to maintain high brand standards and global guidelines
• Strong communication and relationship-building with internal and external partners
• Experience coordinating boutique displays, window planning and event setup (end-to-end)

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute window displays and boutique refreshes
• Coordinate retail events from planning to delivery and post-event follow-up
• Manage POS tools, inventory, and training with boutique teams
• Collaborate with global, retail, marketing and wholesale partners
• Provide regular feedback to global teams on local market needs
• Ensure sustainable use of materials and adherence to brand guidelines
