Selfridges is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead the Visual Projects team in delivering world-class store schemes across London stores. The role involves hands-on management, coordinating with internal teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure exceptional finishes and timely installations.

The ideal candidate will have a design degree, proven line management experience, and strong budgeting and communication skills to drive creative concepts from ideation to on-site reality.

• Excellent communication across levels of the business.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Visual Projects team to deliver store schemes on time and to a high finish.
• Manage budgets, purchase orders and tracking for schemes and projects.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure install quality and timely delivery.
• Translate creative concepts into practical design solutions for in-store spaces.
