Job summary

L'Oréal Luxe seeks an Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager to lead luxury brand experiences in-store, translating strategy into premium visual concepts and coordinating cross-functional teams. You will manage activations, budgets, and supplier relationships to deliver exceptional retail theatre.

Based in London, you will oversee store openings and refits, ensuring flawless execution across top doors while maintaining cost discipline and strong stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience translating luxury brand strategy into premium in-store experiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple store refits, openings and launches.
• Strong cost awareness and PPP budget optimization.
• Excellent communication with external suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store activations and align POS with brand strategy.
• Spend 5–10% of time visiting top doors in London and report feedback.
• Coordinate logistics for new store openings, refits, and visual assets.
• Manage VM costs and PPP budgets in line with Group guidelines.
• Maintain critical databases (lightbox, VM calendar, counter master plan).
• Collaborate with Retail Design, Marketing and Zone teams for seamless O+O journeys.
• Foster strong supplier relationships for timely installation of animations.
