Job summary

Coty seeks a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead multi-brand VM and store design initiatives across the UK & Ireland. You will drive concept-to-installation across prestige brands, ensuring launches, activations and stand updates elevate consumer experiences.

You will manage budgets, coordinate agencies, and partner with Marketing, Sales and Creative teams to deliver best-in-class retail environments while protecting brand equity.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Visual Merchandising, Store Design or Retail Design roles.
• Experience within beauty, luxury beauty or premium retail environments.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and complex stakeholder networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead VM and Store Design projects across the UK & Ireland, on time and within budget.
• Translate global brand vision into locally relevant retail experiences that drive engagement.
• Deliver product launches, stand updates and retailer activations with consistent brand standards.
• Coordinate external agencies and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Develop VM planograms, launch toolkits and monthly execution guidelines for field teams.
• Build strong relationships with retailers, suppliers and agencies to accelerate approvals.
