Harbour Hotels, a luxury coastal group, seeks a skilled Restaurant Manager for our St Ives property. You will bring a minimum of 2 years' restaurant management experience from a high-end venue, with strong stock, budget and revenue control, and a passion for service excellence.

You will train, motivate and develop the team using superb food and wine knowledge, driving performance and guest satisfaction to the next level.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ restaurant management experience in a high-end venue.
• Experience with budgets and cost controls.
• Strong food and wine knowledge used to train and develop the team.
