Job summary

The BoTree, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking a Restaurant Host to welcome guests and manage reservations with warmth and polish. You will coordinate table allocations, support a seamless service flow, and coordinate with leadership, bar and service teams to uphold luxury standards.

Ideal candidates bring guest-facing hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to stay composed during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest-facing hospitality role, ideally in a luxury or high-volume setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest warmly and professionally, creating an exceptional first and lasting impression.
• Manage reservations, table allocations and the guest waiting list accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with restaurant leadership, bar and service teams to support a seamless flow of service.
• Respond to guest enquiries, requests, feedback and concerns with ownership and a positive outcome.
• Foster a culture of genuine hospitality and teamwork to support service excellence.
