Job summary

The BoTree, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton in Greater London, seeks a Guest Experience Host to join the Front Office Team. You will welcome guests, deliver personalised service and ensure a seamless stay.

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest-facing hospitality environment, ideally luxury hotel.
• Knowledge of Front Office operations and guest service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalised service from arrival to departure.
• Support day-to-day Front Office operations and guest satisfaction.
• Handle check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests and feedback with ownership.
• Build relationships with guests and anticipate needs for memorable stays.
• Promote hotel facilities and local recommendations to enhance experiences.
• Maintain accurate guest information in Front Office systems.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Concierge and others to ensure seamless service.
• Support sustainability efforts and align with hotel values.
• Foster a culture of guest excellence and teamwork.
