Job summary

The BoTree, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking a Floor Manager to lead LAVO Restaurant operations, delivering attentive service and consistently high standards across all dining periods, while collaborating with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.

You will coach front-of-house teams, manage reservations and service flow, monitor guest satisfaction and safety standards, and partner with the Restaurant Manager to create a warm, memorable guest experience that reflects

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant service in a high-quality, busy dining environment.
• Warm, confident and hands-on leadership, developing others while maintaining high standards.
• Passion for hospitality, guest engagement and personalised service.
• Experience coaching front-of-house teams.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Confident managing a busy restaurant floor and handling changing service demands.
• Solid understanding of food and beverage service, allergen awareness and compliance with operational standards.
• Positive, professional and collaborative approach.
• Flexibility to work breakfast, evenings, weekends and peak service periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily restaurant floor operations across all dining periods.
• Deliver attentive, personalised guest service in line with LAVO and The BoTree standards.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and build lasting guest relationships.
• Support the Restaurant Manager with briefing, coaching, motivating and developing front-of-house staff.
• Oversee service flow, table management and communication between floor, bar and kitchen.
• Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction and staff performance, taking prompt action to resolve concerns.
• Support operational standards, reservations, stock control and efficient use of resources.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen awareness, health and safety procedures.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
