Job summary

Cambridge House by Auberge Collection in London seeks a warm, discreet Receptionist to set the tone for every guest experience. You will welcome guests, manage arrivals and inquiries, and deliver personalized service with a calm, personable approach.

You will work closely with Concierge and Housekeeping to ensure a seamless journey, maintain accurate guest profiles, and share local recommendations that enhance stays in Mayfair. Right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest-facing role, ideally within luxury hospitality.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and making people feel welcome.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Flexible to work weekends and public holidays; fluent English; other languages are a plus.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and elegance, creating a memorable first impression.
• Manage arrivals, departures and guest enquiries with professionalism.

• Remember names and preferences to foster familiarity and belonging.

• Coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping and Cambridge House team for a seamless journey.
• Maintain guest profiles, reservations and billing records securely.
• Share knowledge of Cambridge House and Mayfair with considered recommendations.
• Maintain an immaculate reception area reflecting the House's standards.
• Contribute ideas to opening preparations and service rituals.
