Cambridge House, Auberge Collection in Mayfair London, opens soon as a luxury 102-room hotel. We are seeking a Night Receptionist to welcome guests with warmth, oversee overnight operations and maintain seamless service through the night.

Join us ahead of opening to help establish rituals and standards. You will manage late arrivals, overnight billing, and ensure accurate records while collaborating with the team to deliver discreet, premium hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a reception or night reception role within luxury hospitality.
• Strong numerical and administrative skills, with experience in billing, reconciliations or night audit procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail, able to work independently overnight with smooth handovers.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late arrivals and returning guests with warmth and discretion during overnight hours.
• Manage overnight departures, reservations and guest enquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts, billing records and night audit reports.
• Complete overnight administrative tasks and system checks for a smooth handover to morning team.
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure guest requests are followed up and information is clearly communicated.
• Keep reception and arrival areas immaculate and welcoming through the night.
• Contribute to opening preparations and establish service rituals for Cambridge House.

• Manage overnight departures, reservations and guest enquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts, billing records and night audit reports, ensuring all transactions and daily financial reconciliations are completed correctly.
• Complete overnight administrative tasks and system checks, ensuring a smooth handover to the morning team.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure guest requests are followed through and important information is communicated clearly.
• Keep reception and arrival areas immaculate, ensuring the House remains welcoming and beautifully presented throughout the night.
• Contribute to our opening preparations, helping establish the thoughtful service rituals and overnight standards that will shape Cambridge House.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a reception or night reception role, ideally within luxury hospitality.
• Strong numerical and administrative skills, with experience in billing, reconciliations or night audit procedures considered an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and manage responsibilities confidently overnight whilst ensuring a seamless handover between shifts and departments.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
