Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to identify, win and run our high-end interior design projects. You will cover London and the surrounding areas, engaging architects, designers and developers to deliver luxury spaces.

The role blends sales with project management, focusing on long-term relationships, proposals and tender stages to secure orders and lead projects through to completion.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify and win project opportunities.
• Experience managing proposals, tenders and contracts.
• Strong commercial acumen and ownership mindset.
• Ability to build relationships with architects, designers and developers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert project opportunities.
• Manage project enquiries from first contact through to order confirmation.
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors and developers.
• Own projects from initial enquiry through to order.
• Work closely with operational and installation teams to ensure successful delivery.
