Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a proactive Sales & Account Manager to identify, win and run our special projects. The role covers London and surrounding areas, with a hybrid pattern of 50% showroom/office work and 50% on-site client meetings with architects, designers and developers.

The role combines sales with project management, focusing on luxury interior design and high-end products. You could manage a project worth £75,000 or engage with specialists to deliver premium spaces.

• Experience in managing complex projects.
• Ability to understand drawings, specifications and project information.
• Experience communicating with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert project opportunities.
• Manage project enquiries from first contact through to order confirmation.
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors and developers.
• Own projects from initial enquiry through to order.
• Work with operations and installation teams to ensure delivery.
• Grow the Special Projects side of the business.
