Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a proactive Sales & Account Manager to identify and win bespoke projects in the luxury interior design sector. You will drive the opportunity lifecycle from initial enquiry to order, engaging architects, designers, contractors and developers to deliver high-end residential and commercial spaces.

The role is office-based in Twickenham with a split, field-facing component across London and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury interiors or high-end projects preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong commercial-awareness and bid/ tender experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, win and manage project opportunities from enquiry to order.
• Build relationships with architects, designers, contractors and developers.
• Coordinate with operations and installation teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Own projects from initial enquiry through to successful order and delivery.
• Lead consultative, project-led sales rather than transactional selling.
