Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a proactive Sales & Account Manager to identify, win and then run our special projects, covering London and the surrounding area with a showroom/office base in Twickenham. You’ll drive high-end projects and engage architects, designers, contractors and developers to add value throughout the lifecycle.

This role blends business development with contract management, focusing on project-led success rather than pure transactional sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development and client management.
• Ability to manage projects from enquiry to order.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with architects, designers, contractors and developers.
• Knowledge of luxury interiors or high-end products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert project opportunities.
• Manage project enquiries from first contact through to order confirmation.
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors and developers.
• Own projects from initial enquiry through to order.
• Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure project success.
