Job summary

Harrods Private Shopping is seeking a part-time Private Shopping Waiter for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Based in our Penthouse and Private Service Suite, you will deliver personalised hospitality, prepare artisan coffees, and serve champagne to Harrods' discerning clients.

Join an elite team within a luxury retail environment, where attention to detail and discretion are essential. Weekend shifts are common, and the role involves active guest engagement and light mise-en-place duties

Qualifications

• Food and beverage experience, ideally in hotels, events, or fine dining.
• Knowledge of mixology, barista skills, or silver service.
• Calm efficiency under pressure and a professional approach to every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless and unrivalled client journey through personalised attention, intuitive service, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Preparing and serving premium beverages, from artisan coffee to champagne and bespoke cocktails, alongside light refreshments.
• Maintaining the immaculate luxury standard of our lounges, ensuring comfort and elegance at all times.
• Building meaningful client relationships and confidently responding to client requests with professionalism and discretion.
• Organising and executing mise-en-place duties before and after service to keep operations flawless.
