Job summary

Harrods is seeking a Personal Shopper to provide world-class service to our most loyal clients. You will work one-on-one with clients across jewellery, fashion, furniture and more, delivering premium service and driving sales through omni-channel interactions.

Responsibilities

• Search for selling and service opportunities with every client across the store.

• Manage customer journey from product selection to transaction, stock picking and dispatch.
• Serve with an omni-channel approach including virtual channels.
