Responsibilities

• Monitor the property throughout the night with safety checks.
• Welcome late-arriving guests and provide a professional check-in experience.
• Respond to guest requests and incidents, coordinating with concierge, housekeeping and maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of night-time areas (lobby, corridors, elevators, exterior spaces).
• Oversee night audit procedures and report discrepancies to the day shift.
• Conduct emergency procedures as required and liaise with external services.
• Prepare detailed handover reports for the morning shift.
