• Demonstrated ability to drive department performance and exceed targets in luxury retail.
• Proven skill in delivering exceptional client service on the shop floor and via brand ceremonies.
• Experience in coaching teams to achieve sales KPIs and cross-selling across categories.

Responsibilities

• Lead department to exceed financial targets and maximise sales performance.
• Support Store Director with business planning and performance analysis.
• Drive KPI achievement and promote cross-selling/up-selling across product categories.
• Maintain strong shop-floor presence and high client service standards.
• Encourage Omni-Channel awareness and support digital tools to enhance client relationships.
• Support e-commerce channel growth through prompt online order handling and service quality.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines and attracts clients.
• Develop client relationships and deliver meaningful after-sales experiences.
• Coach and develop team through regular feedback and action plans.
• Assist in market mapping for recruitment and talent development.
