• Proven experience leading floor teams in luxury retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor team to exceed financial and KPI targets and maximize sales.
• Support management to develop and implement business plans from floor performance data.
• Be present on the sales floor delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Foster omni-channel awareness and use of digital tools to enhance client relationships.
• Train and inspire the floor team on product knowledge and company policies.
• Support sourcing and development of talent in the market.
