Responsibilities

• Lead by example delivering exceptional client experiences and Prada service standards.
• Develop and maintain a loyal client portfolio through clienteling and appointments.
• Drive sales while identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of team members.
• Contribute to store operations, reporting and daily coordination.
