Responsibilities

• Drive the floor team to exceed financial and KPI targets and maximise sales.
• Be present on the sales floor providing exemplary client service.
• Foster omni-channel awareness and use of digital tools to engage clients.
• Coach and motivate the floor team to achieve targets and develop talent.
• Lead by example in product knowledge, sales techniques and company policies.
• Ensure back-of-house organisation and asset protection.
• Identify opportunities to recruit new clients and improve clienteling.
