Job summary

Prada Group seeks a Brand Ambassador and department leader in Bicester to drive sales, lead a floor team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will be on the shop floor, ensuring premium service, training the team in product knowledge, and fostering an omni-channel approach to engage clients and grow the business.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive department performance and KPIs in premium/luxury retail.
• Demonstrated excellence in client service on the sales floor.
• Experience coaching and developing sales teams to hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floor Team to exceed financial and KPI targets and maximize sales.
• Support management to develop business plans via performance analysis and action plans.
• Be present on the sales floor, ensuring top-tier client service.
• Foster Omni Channel awareness and use of digital tools to enhance client relationships.
• Develop product knowledge and training for the floor team.
• Maintain client relationships and drive clienteling initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to gain new clients and grow department sales.
• Proactively manage customer complaints to preserve positive relationships.
• Lead by example, promoting team spirit and a positive environment.
• Train and inspire staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
• Support talent sourcing for the market and ensure back-of-house organization and asset protection.
