LUCA FALONI is seeking a Learning & Development leader to shape how we train our retail and corporate teams. You will design onboarding, product knowledge and leadership development programmes that translate into improved customer experience and commercial results.

You will build scalable learning frameworks for an expanding international business, balancing strategy with hands-on execution and ensuring learning is embedded across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in L&D, retail training or capability building.
• Designing programs that improve capability and commercial performance.
• Experience supporting customer-facing teams across stores or markets.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead learning strategy across retail and corporate teams.
• Design onboarding, leadership development and product knowledge programs.
• Develop scalable learning frameworks for international growth.
• Measure learning impact with metrics and analytics.
• Collaborate with Retail and HR leadership to prioritise capability gaps.
