Job summary

Retail Insights in London is seeking a Chief Talent Development Officer to lead learning and development, drive growth, and shape our people strategy from our HQ. You will operate in a startup-like environment with real impact and opportunities to influence across the organisation.

You will work closely with the CEO and founder, developing strategic plans, identifying training needs, and delivering programs that empower the team to overdeliver and achieve 7-star experiences.

Qualifications

• Experienced business managers to help us reach our objectives.
• UK work permit is required.

Responsibilities

• Building the most progressive learning and development opportunities for team members across levels of experience.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans for learning and development, including identifying training needs and developing training programs to address them.
• Creating development programs that empower the team to continuously overdeliver and deliver 7-star experiences across business areas.
• Identifying and driving synergies across business functions.
• Thinking progressively about how we can achieve our ambitious company goals through equipping our amazing employees with the right tools to achieve their goals.
