Job summary

Raffles London at The OWO is recruiting for a Room Service Attendant to deliver exceptional in-room dining and residential experiences. You will take guest orders, liaise with kitchen and service teams, and ensure accurate and timely delivery with a focus on upselling high-end offerings.

You will work closely with the kitchen and rooms teams, maintaining immaculate presentation and a meticulous approach to guest records, while upholding luxury standards and our 24h operational rhythm.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).
• Recent experience in room dining or similar luxury service role.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and communicate with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Expedite orders to kitchen/rooms teams; ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Upsell goods and services to enhance guest experience.
