Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa in Newmarket is seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to lead daily operations across the Hotel & Spa, working with Heads of Department to maintain Four Red Star standards and maximise guest satisfaction.

You will oversee revenue and operational performance, manage recruitment and development, participate in budgeting, and support HR and the CEO on people matters, health & safety and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a senior management or Deputy General Manager role within hospitality.
• Strong operational knowledge across hotel departments, especially F&B and Front Office.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate teams with people-management skills.
• Good understanding of Profit & Loss, budgeting and controlling costs.
• Strong commercial sense with focus on revenue and guest experience.
• Excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills.
