Job summary

Kellan Group (Berkeley Scott and Xpress Recruitment brands) is recruiting for a Deputy General Manager/Hotel Manager in a prestigious luxury hotel & spa. You will work closely with the GM to lead day-to-day operations, drive performance, and elevate guest experiences across all departments.

The ideal candidate will have deputy/general manager experience in luxury hospitality, strong F&B and Front Office knowledge, and proven leadership with budget oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience as Deputy General Manager or senior hotel management.
• Background in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage and Front of House operations.
• Commercially aware with experience managing budgets, P&L and costs.
• Proven people leader with a passion for developing teams.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and compliance.
• Hands-on, proactive and guest-focused approach.

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced hospitality leader to join a prestigious luxury Hotel & Spa as Hotel Manager/Deputy General Manager.

Working closely with the GM, you will play a pivotal role in leading the day-to-day operation, driving commercial performance, inspiring teams, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience across all departments.

This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for supporting the operation across Food & Beverage, Front Office, Events, Leisure & Spa, whilst developing departmental leaders and maintaining the highest standards of service, compliance and guest satisfaction.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous Deputy General Manager or senior hotel management experience
• Strong background in luxury hospitality
• Excellent knowledge of Food & Beverage and Front of House operations
• Commercially aware with experience managing budgets, P&L and operational costs
