Berkeley Scott is seeking a Hotel Manager in Newmarket to lead daily operations at a luxury hotel and spa, reporting to the General Manager. You will drive commercial performance while inspiring departmental teams and ensuring exceptional guest service.

The role offers up to £60,000 salary plus bonus and private accommodation for the right candidate. Ideal candidates will have Deputy General Manager or senior hotel management experience, a luxury hospitality background, and strong F&B and Front

Qualifications

• Previous Deputy General Manager or senior hotel management experience.
• Strong background in luxury hospitality.
• Excellent knowledge of Food and Beverage and Front of House operations.
• Commercially aware with experience managing budgets, P&L and operating costs.
• Proven people leader with a passion for developing teams.
• Strong understanding of Health and Safety and compliance.
• Hands-on, proactive and guest-focused approach.

This permanent Hotel Manager position with Berkeley Scott in Newmarket offers a salary of up to £60,000 plus bonus, with private accommodation available. Working closely with the General Manager, the successful candidate will lead daily operations at a luxury hotel and spa, driving commercial performance and inspiring departmental teams.
