LGH Hotels Management invites applications for a talented Sous Chef at St Martins Lane, Morgans Originals, in Covent Garden. You will join a luxury five-star kitchen leadership team, mentoring junior chefs and delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Working with the Head Chef you will influence menus, lead a brigade across services, and maintain impeccable standards of quality, presentation and cost control in a vibrant, high-energy environment.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready for the next challenge.
• Experience in quality hotel, lifestyle, luxury, or premium restaurant environments.
• Passion for food, hospitality and guest experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate and develop others.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing food costs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations alongside the Head Chef.
• Drive exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency.
• Coach and develop junior chefs and kitchen teams.
• Cover Head Chef in their absence.
• Assist with menu development and seasonal changes.
• Manage stock control, ordering and food cost.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are exceeded.
• Foster a positive, high-performing kitchen culture.
