One Aldwych Limited in Covent Garden is seeking a Receptionist to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will be at the forefront of the guest journey, greeting guests warmly and handling check-in/check-out with poise.

You will develop a genuine understanding of guests and their preferences to personalise stays and exceed expectations, while maintaining a high standard of service and product knowledge in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering thoughtful guest experiences.
• An highly organised and attentive approach with strong attention to detail.
• Warm, engaging and professional manner with the ability to build genuine connections.
• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment preferred; Opera Cloud familiarity is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional welcome and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Deliver exceptional service in line with service standards at all times.
• Anticipate guest needs and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to create memorable experiences.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and seamless stay.
