Hastings Hotels, a family owned luxury hotel group based in Northern Ireland, is seeking a Front Office Receptionist for the Grand Central Hotel in Belfast. You will greet guests, check them in and out, and handle payments with accuracy.

The role offers training, a 35-hour week across shifts (including weekends), and a range of benefits. You will have opportunities for career progression within Hastings Hotels.

Qualifications

• Good communication, numeracy and IT skills.
• Smart well-groomed appearance with attention to detail.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsabilités

• Meet and greet guests, check in/out efficiently and professionally.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel facilities and local amenities.
• Upsell hotel services to guests and manage billing accurately.
• Balance cash, foreign currency and transactions at shift end.
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with requests.
• Respond to complaints and provide suitable solutions.
• Keep reception area clean and tidy per standards.
• Report maintenance needs and ensure reception security.
